We have a very knowledgeable accounting team who provide timely, accurate, easy to read reporting packages to our clients each month in additional to taking care of all accounts payable, payroll and tax reporting requirements. They will customize their reporting to an owner's unique needs.
We organize and implement the marketing for all of the properties we manage. We have many unique approaches to marketing that have proven effective over the years and have reduced the need for expensive paid advertising.
When it comes to product and service referrals, we have all of the connections an owner could need. Having been in this business for 35 years, we have fostered good relationships with industry vendors. We know who to go to in order get the best products and services at the best price for anything from exterminating to tax reduction consulting.
Selling Your Asset
We have enjoyed many long term relationships with clients over the years. We have managed several of the assets in our current portfolio for over 20 years. But occasionally an owner will decide the time is right to sell the asset. We have proven to be our owner's best ally in that endeavor. Even when it may mean we will no longer manage the property, we happily and professionally work to help you sell your asset.
