About J. Hester
We are a full service property management company working exclusively with multi-family properties in Dallas, Fort Worth, Garland, Arlington, Grand Prairie, Denton and Waco. Fee management has been our sole source of income since our inception. Our success lies in our personal, hands on approach. We simply manage your property as if it were our own. We are literally an organized management team, Each member of the upper management team has experience in all phases of property management. You will simply not find a more service oriented, budget conscious firm.
Our History
J. Hester Properties was established in 1978 by Janice Hester. Miechel Frezza purchased the company from Janice Hester in 1993. Michael Ann Grubb serves as an asset manager for the company and has been at J. Hester Properties since 1984.
Our Goals
J. Hester Properties is a member of the Dallas, Tarrant County, Austin and National Apartment Associations. As such, we are kept abreast of all legislation that directly affects our industry. We attend all pertinent seminars relating to all phases of multi-family property management.
